POSITION TITLE: ARCHITECTURAL, CIVIL AND: ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS

Experience Required: At least three years in a relevant engineering role.

Job Description:

Overview: As an Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of within architectural projects. Working closely with, and other engineering disciplines, you will ensure that into the overall building design while meeting safety, functionality, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Collaborate with and other team members to develop and meet project requirements,
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation. Ensure accuracy and clarity in drawings and specifications to facilitate construction and installation.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with architects, structural and Electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate design with overall project Requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide input on.
  • Code Compliance: Stay updated with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards throughout the design process.
  • Construction Support: Provide support during the construction phase, including responding (Requests for Information), reviewing submittals, and conducting site visits as needed
  • Problem-solving: Identify and resolve technical issues or challenges during the design and construction phases. Propose innovative solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance reviews design documents and deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the project

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience engineering, with engineering consulting companies architectural projects preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software tools for design and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but not required.
